When using https://jrfwriting.com to purchase a book, your shipping rates will be determined by USPS, the amount of books you purchase, and the speed you choose. This applies for all addresses, domestic and international.

Purchases via Google

These rates are subject to change.

United States – Rates are based on USPS Media Mail and will vary based on location.

Europe, Asia, Oceania, & Africa – It can take up to 21 business days for your package to arrive.

25 US and under = 35 USD Shipping
25-50 = 45 USD Shipping
50-75 = 55 USD Shipping
75-100 = 65 USD Shipping
100+ = 75 USD Shipping

North America (Not US) – It can take up to 21 business days for your package to arrive.

25 US and under = 10 USD Shipping
25-50 = 20 USD Shipping
50-75 = 30 USD Shipping
75-100 = 40 USD Shipping
100+ = 50 USD Shipping

South America – It can take up to 21 business days for your package to arrive.

25 US and under = 15 USD Shipping
25-50 = 25 USD Shipping
50-75 = 35 USD Shipping
75-100 = 45 USD Shipping
100+ = 55 USD Shipping

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued at JRF Writing’s discretion. Digital Items will not be refunded once accessed, no exceptions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Sale items will only be refunded at the sale rate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jrfwriting@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8963 Faulkner Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46239.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
